When asked the question professionally, "what are your goals", her response was always that she wanted to change the world, she was just unsure of what that would look like or how it would happen, but once the stars aligned, she would know.

The breakthrough came when she realized that the real power to actually create the change she was seeking lied in harnessing our collective potential and fostering genuine connections. By leveraging her network and resources, she saw an opportunity to create something truly transformative. The Dutcher Effect was born from this realization—a mission to create happiness and inspire kindness, knowing that when people are truly happy, they have the power to change the world.

So often, she saw how many people had the resources and connections to make dreams come true, but often lacked the platform or inspiration to do so.

For her, dreams are no longer just wishes.

We believe in the power of kindness, strong ethics, and moral integrity as the foundation for creating meaningful change.

To add your dream to the vault, visit the "Dream Vault" page. Simply fill out the information and note your dream. It can be simple, a small ask, a life-long pursuit, something complex, or whatever is on your heart.

Your dream (not your name or information) will be displayed for the world to see.

After you submit your dream, all you have to do is wait for us to call you, letting you know your dream is happening!

Dreams are infinite and continuous as we age. Although there are no limits to how many dreams you may submit, we may have to limit how many are fulfilled so everyone has a chance to receive. We encourage you to submit as many dreams as you want, and regularly check the page to see if there are any from others you can help fulfill. If you can, feel free to donate to the "Donate to Dreams" fund. Those funds will be used collectively to fulfill listed dreams on a lottery basis.

Aside from the potential of having that dream fulfilled completely, Dutcher & Partners will offer you discount on our services that you can choose to accept, or opt of our services and we will donate to a collective fund to help fulfill more dreams on behalf of Dutcher & Partners. On the rare occasion we are unable to accept new clients, we will automatically donate to the "Donate to Dreams" fund.

If you see a dream you can make happen, please email us at info@dutcherandpartners.com, and we will help connect the dots. You can do it anonymously, we can facilitate the connection, or we can do it on your behalf. Don't be shocked when you receive a personalized "Thank You" from us, either.

Once a dream is fulfilled, it will be crossed off on the list so others know it has been done, but we can continue to be inspired by the number of dreams that have turned into reality.

Dutcher & Partners will always accept donation funds on your behalf on our "Donate to Dreams" page. These funds will be used to fulfill the dreams listed in the vault a lottery basis. No donation is too small.
